Dedicated​ ​to​ helping​ people​ look​ and​ feel​ better through​ dynamic​ ​whole body​ treatments​ ​–​ ​from​ ​alternative body therapies to​ holistic​ skin​care,​ Ayurvedic​ practices and​ ​other​ ​mind-body​ ​wellness​ ​techniques ​ –​​ licensed​ ​ ​massage​ ​therapist​ ​(since 2004)​ ​and​ ​esthetician​ ​(since​ ​2013)​ ​Jayne​ ​Johnson​ ​has ​ been​ providing​ relaxation,​ rejuvenation​ ​and​ ​relief​ ​to​ ​her​ ​clients​ ​for​ ​more​ ​than​ ​a​ ​decade.​ Her​ approach​ to​ massage​ ​is​ ​artistic;​ ​rather​ ​than​ ​focusing​ ​on ​a​​ singular​ problem​ area,​ the​ entire​ body​ ​is​ ​her​ ​canvas.​ ​Jayne​ ​addresses the​ original issue​ using a variety on non-invasive techniques to help to body relax and let go for lasting​ results.​

Jen Greenholt Ortho-Bionomy

Jen has recently earned her Associates in Ortho-Bionomy® through the Rocky Mountain Ortho-Bionomy Center. This therapeutic, osteopathy and homeopathy based bodywork teaches the body to self correct through a structural and neurological approach. Jen’s approach to working with the body is to support and facilitate the natural healing processes that we all possess. Through positional release techniques, the opportunity for change embraces a more functional posture and aligned body. Maureen O’Driscoll – Yoga Instructor

Maureen has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, first working with Kripalu Center graduate Kamakshi Hart in Washington, DC, who taught her the value of bringing laughter to the studio. She received her 200-hour teaching certification with senior Iyengar teacher Nancy Stechert at Yoga Tree in Hotchkiss, CO, and has studied with Manuso Manos. Her classes focus on proper alignment and stability and stress the benefits that can be achieved by experiencing the intricacies of each pose. She believes that yoga is accessible to all and welcomes everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners to her classes.
