Maureen o'driscoll
yoga instructor

Maureen has been practicing yoga for 25 years, first working with Kripalu Center graduate Kamakshi Hart in Washington, DC, who taught her the value of bringing laughter to the studio. She received her 200-hour teaching certification with senior Iyengar teacher Nancy Stechert at Yoga Tree in Hotchkiss, CO.

Maureen’s classes focus on proper alignment and stability and stress the benefits that can be achieved by experiencing the intricacies of each pose. She believes that yoga is accessible to all and welcomes everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners to her classes.

Kate Kissingford
yoga instructor

Kate received her Yoga Teacher Training in 1996 from Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. Kate was a Core Faculty Yoga Instructor at Omega Institute from 1996 to 1999. She taught for a decade in Denver where she became the go-to teacher for students looking for a yoga practice that incorporates physical practice (asana) with a good dose of compassion, curiosity, and emotional well-being.

Kate’s teaching includes elements of Kripalu Yoga, Iyengar, Anusara, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga. Kate thanks all her teachers, past and present, who have contributed to her experience of yoga as a practice of love in action. She can’t wait to share this practice with you!

Ashley FellinAshley Fellin
yoga instructor

Ashley began her yoga journey after moving to Ouray in 2014. She discovered that yoga offered an opportunity to connect mind and body in more ways than just physical movement. Yoga philosophy and its unique approach to personal growth drew her in deeper. She enjoys the physical as well as spiritual challenge that yoga has to offer.

As a runner, Ashley found a sense of restoration and peace on her mat. She knew she wanted to share the joy and benefits of yoga with others, so she completed her 200-hour teacher training with Maureen Gildersleeve at Mangala Yoga in Telluride in the summer of 2022. Join Ashley for an all-levels vinyasa flow class that will leave you feeling restored and energized.
